This privacy policy sets out how COFCO International uses and protects any information that you give COFCO International when you use this website.

When you send us an email or contact us by filling in a contact page, if present on the current version of the website, we will keep your personal data in our systems as long as is necessary to fulfil your request or as long as required by local legislation.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we might record telephone calls or any other form of electronic voice communication, as the case may be, with our employees.  This helps us to identify ways that we can provide you with a better service.

We record calls for staff training purposes, helping us to improve the quality of our customer service and to ensure the information we provide is consistent and accurate and we record for reporting on the types and numbers of enquiries we receive so we can find ways to simplify and improve our service to you.

We generally store the recordings securely for up to 180 days and delete them after this period unless the recording is retained for the purposes of complaint investigation or as required under legislation or industry codes.

Data which is being collected through navigating through our website are used for optimising the use of our websites.  This data includes for example the duration of the visit and which pages from the website are being visited.  We try to anonymise the collected data as much as possible.

Non-release of information to third parties

We will not sell, rent or provide your personal information to unauthorised entities or to third parties for their independent use without your consent. Our website uses Google Analytics.  Through the information we get from Google Analytics we can optimise our website to the preferences of her visitors.  The information thus obtained is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Whilst this site does not contain explicit or sensitive content, it is not intended for children under the age of 13.
